A New Jersey native, Dr. Tania Howard decided that she wanted to become a chiropractor at the age of 15, after she experienced a complete metamorphosis in her health upon seeking chiropractic care for an injury.
Following her dream led Dr. Howard to complete her undergraduate work at Pepperdine University in California. She received her doctorate from Life Chiropractic College in Atlanta, Georgia in 1991. Dr. Howard has done extensive work in the fields of peri-natal and pediatric chiropractic care since receiving her degree.
Dr. Howard loves to speak about living a healthy life in an unhealthy world. Chiropractic care has helped her to stay fit and healthy enough to become a triathlete and half-marathoner at the age of 40!
Dr. Howard lives in Annapolis, MD with her husband Braden and their two daughters Francesca and Julia.
